Description

Duke Of Gordon's Monument in Kinrara was erected by subscription in 1840 to commemorate the 5th Duke, who died in 1836. The monument features a tall granite column that stands on a tall, stepped plinth, which includes a marble coat of arms and an inscription. The column has a square abacus topped with a banded cap. The monument is enclosed by an arrow-head cast-iron railing.
