Description
Loch Alvie Bridge, built between 1925 and 1926, is a two-arched bridge made of reinforced concrete, designed by engineer Sir Owen Williams and architect Maxwell Ayrton. It features distinctive faceted concrete sides and six-sided shuttered arches. The bridge has splayed piers that form cutwaters at the center and retaining walls at the banks. Small parapets line the road.
