Pavilion, Victoria Road

The Pavilion on Victoria Road is an early 20th-century single-storey, three-bay timber structure. It features a symmetrical design with deep verandahs on the west, south, and east sides, supported by square timber columns. The pavilion is set within its own grounds, directly opposite the Loirston Hotel. It has a timber cill course and a central timber and glazed two-leaf door on the south side, flanked by large bay windows, each containing three four-pane fixed-light windows. Similar windows are present on the east and west sides. The building has a piended roof covered with grey slate, adorned with decorative terracotta ridge tiles and finials.

Inside, the pavilion boasts a fine, original timber-lined pine interior, with plain boarded pine on all walls and the ceiling. It features a roll-moulded timber cornice and dado rail.
