Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Harled with granite dressings. Panelled door to centre of SE elevation, with 2-pane fanlight and pilastered jambs; windows flanking. 2 canted, piend-roofed dormers. Window to each gabled return elevation, toward rear.

Gabled harl-pointed rubble outbuilding, free-standing at right angles to rear, with 2 doors to NE elevation, others blank.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Grey slates; clay ridge; gablehead stacks; ashlar coped skews.

Rubble boundary wall lining roadside.
