Description

Circa 1840/50, late Georgian survival, 2-storey and basement

villa, ashlar-faced with 1st floor band course, raised

margins and rock-faced basement. S front has Ionic columned

doorpiece with railed fly-over stair and 1 first floor

window between end canted bays; 3-window W front, slightly

off-centre Ionic pilastered doorpiece, railed steps; twin

wall-head chimneys, piended, slated roof. Orginal lying-pane

glazing except at lower sashes of upper flat.
