Description
10 and 12 Well Road is an early Victorian, two-storey and attic detached villa designed in the Jacobean style. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with raised margins and features a first-floor cill course. The main block has a symmetrical three-window front, accented by two gabled dormers topped with ball finials. The roof is gabled and slated. At the eastern gable, there is a slightly lower two-storey, one-window wing addition. The original glazing remains intact. Additionally, there is a single-storey former coach house with a dormerless attic, which has a one-window gable and a wall with gatepiers facing Well Road. This structure is also built from rubble and has a slated roof.
