Description

5, 7, and 9 Well Road is an early Victorian, two-storey and basement detached villa built from coursed rubble with raised margins and a rock-faced basement. The villa features a square-column anta porch with railed flyover stairs, and there is a single first-floor window above situated between canted bays with moulded arrises. The roof is slated, and the original glazing remains intact. However, there is an unfortunate recent two-storey extension on the south gable.
