Description
10-11 Park Terrace is a villa from the mid 19th century, showcasing late Georgian architecture with Victorian additions. The building features two storeys and a basement, with an ashlar centre that has a pedimented bay. The entrance includes a doorpiece with a Doric columned arched fanlight and railed steps. On the right side, there is a canted bay that extends through all floors, adorned with an enriched frieze between the first and second floors. The left-hand bay has a tripartite window at the ground floor and a bipartite window at the first floor. The villa is topped with a main cornice and blocking course, and it has a hipped slated roof. There is also a single-storey side wing with altered window arrangements.
