Description
22 Inverleith Gardens is a double villa built in the mid-19th century, showcasing late Georgian architectural style. The building is two stories high with an attic and features a polished ashlar front with four windows. The ground floor has decorative architraves, while the first floor displays raised margins with chamfered arrises and raised quoins at the ends. The original glazing consists of lying-pane windows. The gables are made of coursed rubble and include flanking garages, with a single window on both the first floor and attic. The gable has a truncated pedimental treatment and low stacks. Notably, there is a well-preserved original tripartite dormer on number 22, while number 23 has a modern dormer.
