This building, located at 1 and 1C Wardie Road in Edinburgh, dates from the earlier 19th century. It is two storeys high with an attic and features a three-window front. The façade is constructed of stugged coursers with droved dressings, rusticated quoins, and string courses.

The central entrance has a consoled doorpiece, a panelled door with a fanlight above, and two wide three-light bays on the ground floor, each topped with cornices and blocking courses. The first floor includes three bipartite windows. The building has a main cornice and blocking course, and the roof is piended and slated, featuring a platform-roofed tripartite dormer.

The east elevation has three windows and steps leading to the door, while the rear has two windows, an outshot, and a dormer on the south side. Tall corniced ashlar stacks are present. Additionally, there is a rubble-built garden wall with curved coping.
