Description
This two-storey villa, built around 1840, features a coursed stone exterior with ashlar dressings. The front has three windows and a central door that is supported by consoles and topped with a rectangular fanlight. The windows are margined, and the first-floor windows have corbelled cills. There is a main cornice and a blocking course at the top of the building. The roof is piended and slated, with corniced stacks at each end. The windows have been reglazed.
