Circa 1840 - detached 2 storey villa set behind dwarf

walled front garden, 3 windows wide. Central door

flanked by 1 window on left hand and 2 storey, 3-

light canted bay with semi-prismatic roof on right.

Ashlar with channelled ground floor, raised door

margin, band course at 1st floor and string course

at 1st floor cills; slated roof with skewed gables

and corniced end stacks. Windows reglazed with single

and double pane sashes.
