Description
13 Park Terrace is a mid 19th century early Victorian semi-detached villa that stands two stories high with a basement. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and features a canted bay with two windows on each side, along with a pilastered doorpiece. The plans for the villa are reversed, and it has railed steps leading up to the entrance. The basement is rock-faced, and there is a main cornice along the top of the building. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
