Description

Dated 1878. Prominently-sited asymmetrical 2/3-storey villa with Scots baronial details; stugged and snecked ashlar, polished dressings, crow-stepped gables, 3-bay (S) front with central square tower with bartizans, gabled left bay, right bay with dormer head above main eaves; stacks; slate roof; low ranges to rear (N).

Gatepiers have elaborately brakcetted cornices with finials. Modern addition at rear.
