Description

Circa 1900. 2-storey villa with mullioned and transomed windows. Stugged ashlar, polished dressings, multi-paned upper lights, mutule cornice, piended slate roofs with red ridging tiles. Main range 2 bays, with elliptical off-centre 1st floor flight, full-height canted bay right with balustrade above main cornice enclosing facetted roof. Recessed bay either flank, the wider to left with doorway in rusticated bolection-moulded architrave. Stacks have deeply projecting caps.

Low boundary wall to street, rusticated circular gatepiers with shaped caps.
