Description

Built 1860s/70s. Asymmetrical 2-storey villa with mostly

round-arched openings with channelled voussoirs,

broad-eaved shallow-pitched (slated) roofs; stone-

cleaned yellow ashlar. 2 wide bays to street, the left

advanced with iron-crested semi-circular ground floor

window, main wall corbelled outwards below eaves; narrow

entrance bay with open porch recessed on left flank, low

range beyond with arcaded window. Plate glass sashes.

Low boundary wall to street, painted ashlar gatepiers.
