Description
Brae is a mid-19th century single-storey, three-bay farmhouse. It features painted stugged ashlar and architraves. The central door is recessed and framed with an architrave that has cavetto reveals. The farmhouse has sash windows with lying-pane glazing. Additional architectural details include an eaves course, an eaves cornice, and end stacks, with a modern brick stack on the right side. The roof is slate. To the right, there is a low two-bay extension that has a large wall-head stack and a single piended dormer. There are farm buildings located at the rear of the property.
