Over Lethame Farm, Lethame Road, Strathaven

Over Lethame Farm, dated 1906 on the east gable, is a single storey and attic T-plan building. The main block is constructed of snecked rubble with polished red sandstone dressings and quoins, while the northern wing is harled. The south elevation features three asymmetrical bays. To the right, there is a pedimented porch with a segmental-headed doorway and a fanlight that breaks into the pediment. Above this, a tripartite window is topped with a piended dormer head. To the left, a shallow advanced gabled bay has a canted four-light window on the ground floor with a piended slate roof and iron brattishing, and a simplified Venetian window above. The narrow central bay includes a small window below the crest with the motto 'Nil Despcarandum' and a single window above. The building has barge-boarded gables and projecting eaves, with corniced brick end stacks and a slate roof. To the right, there is a single storey greenhouse featuring a large Gothic window with perpendicular tracery and a hood mould with label stops on the east gable.
