Description

This is a mid-19th century house of two storeys and three bays, located at 20 Crosshill Road, Strathaven. The exterior is of painted coursed rubble with moulded architraves. The central doorway is recessed and framed by an architrave with a consoled cornice. Sash windows are present throughout the house. Architectural details include broad angle margins, an eaves course, a cornice, and corniced end stacks. The roof is low-piended and covered in slate.
