Description

Later 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay house.

Painted stugged ashlar and margins. Central recessed

doorway with shouldered head in elaborate Ionic pilastered

doorpiece, decorative bracketted cornice capped by lion-

masks. Canted windows in outer bays have simple cornices and

blocking courses. 1st floor has central hood-moulded

bipartite with shouldered lights; flanking hood-moulded

tripartites with round-headed lights divided by shafts with

foliated caps. Eaves course, cornice, end stacks and slate

roof.
