Description
Brookfield is a two-storey building dating from around 1815, featuring three bays. It has a painted render exterior with contrasting margins and a plinth. The central door is located behind a later timber and glazed porch. The building is fitted with plate glass sash windows throughout. It has an eaves course and deep projecting eaves, topped with a piended slate roof.
