Description
19 Nelson Place is a building dating from around 1830. It stands three storeys tall and is rendered and painted. The roof is a low pitch double hipped slate roof, although only part of the eaves cornice remains.
The building features two windows; those on the south side are in a slightly recessed bay, recessed, and are sash windows with intact glazing bars. These windows have block sills set in painted wood architrave surrounds with keystones. The north bay has three superimposed bay windows, with the second-floor window being smaller. Each bay window has three lights and is also sash with glazing bars and fluted strips. The first and second floors have a frieze and cornice.
There is a modern door on the south side, which is accompanied by a 19th-century gabled trellis porch.
