On the south elevation, there are two windows that are placed asymmetrically: one is bipartite and the other is a single light, both with hood moulds. Additionally, there is a single light window in the gable, which has simple bargeboards. The elevation facing Castlegate includes a corniced door and one window on the ground floor, as well as one window in the gable end. The house has two diamond flues on the east side and one on the south gable, topped with a slate roof. There is also a single-storey, two-bay wing to the northeast.
