Description

Dated 1896. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement. Red sandstone ashlar, slate roof. Moulded cill course at 1st and 2nd floor, moulded wallhead course; single and bipartite windows with chamfered jambs to ground floor, architraved with segmental and pedimental heads and pulvinated frieze to 1st floor, chamfered margins to 2nd floor. Pediments doorpiece with moulded round-headed doorcase to ground floor centre left, bipartite window to left, single and bipartite to right, corbelled and pedimented date panel to 1st floor extending to 2nd floor and corniced wallhead stack; bipartite window to left, single and bipartite to right at 1st and 2nd floor. INTERIOR: not seen.
