Description
This building, located at 102-106 Quarry Street in Hamilton, is a later 19th-century tenement that stands three stories tall and features three bays, with shops on the ground floor. It is constructed of cream sandstone ashlar and has a slate roof. The ground floor is corniced, and there are cill bands at both the first and second floors, along with a dentilled wallhead. The windows include single and bipartite architraved designs, with consoled and corniced features on the first floor, and plate glass sash and case glazing. There is a corniced wallhead stack and a coped gable stack to the left. The ground floor has a close door located at the center right, with a single window above it on the first and second floors, flanked by bipartite windows. The interior has not been seen.
