Description

The walled garden at Mount Charles House in Ayr is a rectangular structure built from coped rubble. It is located to the southwest of the main house and opens to the south, providing a view over the River Doon. The western and eastern walls slope downwards, and there are slate-roofed lean-to equipment sheds within the garden.
