Description

The walled garden at Farraline House is a large square structure made of pinned rubble with a tooled coping. At the back wall, there is a semi-circular two-storey rubble tower featuring a lean-to roof and a crenellated wallhead. The first floor of the tower includes a gazebo or garden room, which is illuminated by a round-headed window on the northwest facade. Below this, there is a wide segmental-headed arched entrance leading to a ground floor shelter or store.
