Description

Late 18th to early 19th century with later additions and alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house set on sloping site with single storey, lean-to addition at rear. Harled to front and side (N); rubble to S side and rear. Battered base course.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: narrow boarded timber door centred at ground; decorative fanlight; single windows flanking at ground. Single windows in all bays at 1st floor.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: single windows at ground and 1st floors off-set to left of centre; small attic light off-set to right. Adjoining property projecting at ground to right.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: irregularly fenestrated. Lean-to projection off-set to left of centre.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Steeply-pitched pantiled roof; corrugated-iron roof to rear addition. Harled apex stacks; various circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1999.
