Earlier 19th century (probably incorporating earlier fabric). 2-storey 2-bay coursed rubble sandstone terraced cottage. Bays irregularly disposed to left; upper floor under eaves. To left, 1930's door with glazed 6-pane panel.

4-pane timber sash and case glazing; mutual ashlar skew; brick stack; grey slates.
