Description
2 Waukford is an early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house with rear additions, located next to another house to the south. The exterior features blue harling with painted surrounds around the openings, raised window surrounds, timber mullions on bipartite windows, and quoins strips.
On the west (entrance) elevation, there is a central doorway with raised surrounds and a cornice, with a single window above on the first floor. To the left, there is a bipartite window at ground level and a single window above on the first floor. To the right, there is a single window at ground level and a bipartite window on the first floor.
The north elevation has a single window on the first floor and a lean-to garage adjoining to the left. The east (rear) elevation features a lean-to garage at ground level on the right, a piend-roofed addition in the center, and two single windows on the first floor.
The house has 12-pane glazing in sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and a harled gablehead stack on the north side.
