Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay terraced house with arched pend at ground. Stugged cream sandstone ashlar, rendered at ground. Regular fenestration. Flush-panelled door to centre at ground; window to right, pend to left. Harled rear elevation largely obscured by adjoining stables of No 29 Newtown Street; 2 small windows above pend and pair of piend-roofed dormers.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates; brick stacks.
