Description
The building is a warehouse located on Church Lane in Coldstream, dating from the earlier 19th century with later additions. It consists of a cornstore made up of two earlier outer blocks connected by a later middle block, forming a T-shape. All three sections are three stories high.
The long north block has four bays and features a variety of window openings, most of which have slatted lower parts. It is constructed from rubble with ashlar dressing and includes three doors and a narrow pend on the right side. The roof is slate and piended to the east. The middle block has three bays on its east elevation, built from snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. Each floor has hoist doors in the middle bay, with a hoist located in the gablet above. The west elevation has one window on each floor and a corbelled corner to the left, with a slate roof and a brick stack.
The south block features three bays on its east elevation, constructed from rendered rubble with ashlar dressings and topped with a piended slate roof.
