Description
64 High Street in Coldstream is an early 19th-century, two-storey and attic house and shop with five bays. The ground floor is made of ashlar stone, while the upper part features tooled ashlar with rusticated quoins.
The shop front on the left side of the ground floor has a double-leaf panelled door. To the right, there is a recessed double-leaf panelled door set in a corniced and consoled doorpiece. A cill band runs along the first floor. The windows consist of margined eight-pane sashes on the upper floor and two-pane sashes on the ground floor.
The side elevation has two bays with a blind ground floor, matching the detailing of the front. The roof is slate, piended on the left, and features three canted and piended dormers at the front, along with brick end stacks.
