Description

Late 18th, early 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan cottage forming end of terrace with single storey addition at rear forming L-plan; single storey, 3-bay garage block adjoined to left. Whitewashed harl to cottage; painted margins; projecting cills. Whitewashed rubble to adjoining block.

NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: boarded timber door off-set to right of centre; single windows in flanking bays. 3-bay block to left with 2-leaf boarded timber garage doors off-set to right of centre; single windows in flanking bays.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: main house with single window at ground off-set to left of centre. Single storey addition to right with part-glazed boarded timber door to left.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 1998.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows to cottage; 6-pane glazing to garage block. Grey slate roof to cottage; raised skews; brick apex stacks; circular can to SW. Corrugated-iron roof to rear addition and garage block.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
