Description
Blackhill Cottage, dating from around 1820 to 1830, was originally two cottages but has been converted into one. The building is a single-storey structure made of rubble with splayed margins and features a four-window front, where the end windows are set in advanced gablets. In the center, there is a porch supported by three log columns, which has a scalloped valance at the eaves. The windows are fitted with wooden mullions and transoms. The roof is piend, with broad eaves and a brick chimney, along with some recent alterations.
