Description

Church View Cottage is a pair of cottages, now combined into a single house, dating from around 1840. The building is constructed of stone rubble with a slate roof. It has a two-storey, 1:2:2:1 bay arrangement, with the gable ends projecting. The front features two-light mullion windows set within chamfered openings, fitted with casements and leaded panes. There is a blind slit window in each gable, also chamfered. A chimney stack projects from the centre of the front elevation, featuring set-offs. Doorways are located at the rear.
