Description

The Little House is a cottage that was formerly a post office, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range. The windows are two-light Gothick casements that include glazing bars and fanlights set in concave pointed arch openings. There is a blocked door at the center with a similarly shaped head, and an attic window in the gable end also has a concave pointed head. Rendered chimney stacks are located at the gable ends.
