Description

Ardoch Free Church Tower was built between 1844 and 1845, as indicated by the date on the structure. It is a square, free-standing tower made of rubble with dressed stone margins. The tower features a simple Romanesque design, characterized by long windows. At the top, there are roundels for a clock, and it is topped with a crenellated and corbelled parapet, along with a low pyramid roof. The church that originally accompanied the tower has since been demolished.
