Description

Uig Tower is a roofless round tower built around 1850. It is constructed of rubble with tooled dressings. The southeast side features a segmental headed doorway with a window above it, and there is a corresponding window on the northwest side. A string course runs just below the top of the wall. The tower has blind cruciform vents and a slight batter, with an approximate circumference of 100 feet.
