Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan former mill house. Random rubble with large rubble quoins and ashlar margins, harled to sides and rear.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Boarded timber door to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration above, each breaking eaves into steeply-pitched dormerhead, that to centre smaller. Altered bays adjoining at left.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: harled elevation with small window to centre at ground. Lower range adjoining at outer right.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some polygonal cans. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding.
