Edragoi, Taybridge Terrace, Aberfeldy

Edragoi is a villa located on Taybridge Terrace in Aberfeldy, built in 1886. This two-storey, three-bay house features fine decorative bargeboarding and is constructed from chlorite-slate rubble with ashlar dressings. It has stone mullions.

The north (principal) elevation includes a small porch with decorative canopies, featuring a vertically panelled timber door and a plate glass fanlight at the center of the ground floor, along with a small gabletted window above. To the left, there is a bipartite window in each floor, while to the right, a slightly advanced canted bay contains a four-light window on both floors, with the first-floor window topped by steeply-pitched gablets on each side and a dated shield in the center.

The windows are timber sash and case, displaying 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans. The eaves overhang and feature decorative bargeboarding. Additionally, there are cast-iron downpipes with a decorative rainwater hopper and fixings, along with decorative cast-iron finials.
