Description
31-33 Kinnoull Street in Perth is a three-storey red sandstone building, designed in the Edwardian Renaissance style and dated 1907. The façade features eight windows arranged in three bays, with a rusticated ground floor that includes wide arched windows. A distinctive corner bay is highlighted by a doorpiece supported by Doric columns and features an arched design with a key-block. The central doorway on Kinnoull Street is pedimented and framed with an architrave, complementing the overall architectural elegance of the building.
