Description

Circa 1875. Style of Pedie and Kinnear. 3-storey and attic,

3-bay, symmetrical building. Modern shops at ground with

cornice above. Canted windows to 1st and 2nd floors in

outer bays, single windows all between with roll-moulded

reveals. Cill courses to both floors and cornices over,

with copying to canted windows. Wallhead gabled dormers

with round-arched bipartites to outer bays. Small central

bargeboarded dormer. Slate roof with end stacks.
