Description
6 St Mirren Street in Paisley is a building dating from around 1875, designed in the style of Pedie and Kinnear. It is a three-storey structure with an attic and features a symmetrical three-bay façade. The ground floor has modern shops, topped with a cornice. The first and second floors have canted windows in the outer bays, with single windows in between, all featuring roll-moulded reveals. There are cill courses on both floors and cornices above, which are replicated over the canted windows. The roof has wallhead gabled dormers with round-arched bipartite windows in the outer bays, along with a small central bargeboarded dormer. The roof is covered with slate and has end stacks.
