Description

25 and 27 Kinnoull Street in Perth, built in 1895, is a three-storey Victorian Renaissance building featuring a four-window façade made of ashlar stone. The ground floor consists of shops with a central arched doorpiece that is flanked by pilasters. The end pilasters are supported by consoles at the shop cornice and the main cornice. The first floor showcases lugged architraves, while the building is topped with a balustraded parapet that includes finials and three pedimented bipartite dormers.
