Description

51, 53, and 55 High Street in Brechin is a two-storey building constructed around 1835, featuring classic ashlar stonework with shops on the ground floor. The façade includes an anta pilastered doorpiece and three first-floor windows, each adorned with moulded architraves, a frieze, and a cornice. The eaves course is prominent, and there is a central set-back scrolled pediment. The roof is slated and has two canted dormers. Notably, there is a well-designed shopfront at number 55.
