Description

57 High Street in Brechin is a two-storey building with an attic, remodelled around 1845. It features harled coursers and has a gable front. The ground floor has been negatively affected by a recessed shop. The first floor includes a bipartite window and a central attic light. It has straight skews and a neat classical chimney at the apex, along with a wallhead chimney gable on the blank south elevation. The roof is slated.
