46 High Street in Brechin is an 18th-century small two-storey building constructed of rubble with painted margins. There is a stair leading to the upper floor located against the gable of the adjacent buildings at numbers 42-44. The building features a door and a window on each floor and has a slated roof. At the rear, there is a wallhead chimney gable.
