7 George Street, Blairgowrie

7 George Street in Blairgowrie is an early 19th-century, two-storey and attic house featuring three bays and a piend roof. It is located on a corner site and completes an irregular terrace to the northeast. The exterior is constructed of stugged ashlar with quoin strips and architraved surrounds.

The southeast elevation, which is the principal facade, is symmetrical. It has a central panelled timber door with a plate glass fanlight at the ground level, flanked by windows in the outer bays, with regular fenestration on the first floor. To the right, there is a canted dormer window.

On the southwest elevation, facing Brown Street, the bays are grouped to the left of the center. There is a deep-set panelled timber door with a letterbox fanlight in the left bay at ground level, a tiny window to the outer left, and a window to the right. The first floor features two additional windows in the center and left.

The northwest elevation is a blank gabled wall with a low flat-roofed projection at ground level. The windows throughout the building include 4-pane, 12-pane, and plate glass patterns in timber sash and case frames. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped and shouldered brick stacks with cans.
