Seahaven, 122 Victoria Street, Stromness

Seahaven is a two-storey, four-bay house built in the earlier 19th century. It has a rectangular plan and is nearly symmetrical. The house is attached to No 124 on the west, which is listed separately, and to No 120 on the east, which is not listed. The exterior is harled with an eaves course.

On the north elevation, which is the principal front, there is a modern timber door located in the bay to the right of the centre, with a window above it on the first floor. Each of the remaining bays has a window on both the ground and first floors.

The windows are timber sash and case, featuring four and twelve panes. The roof is covered with stone slates and has a stone ridge. There is a harled corniced gablehead stack on the east side, and cast-iron rainwater goods are present.

The interior was not seen in 1997.
