Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical rectangular-plan house, adjoined to W by 2-storey rubble store, sharing quay with number 134. Harled with cconcrete cills. Timber mullions to bipartites.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set modern part-glazed door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Bipartite window at each floor in bay to right. Single window at each floor in bay to left.

E (SEAWARD) ELEVATION: 2-bay gablehead elevation. Bipartite at ground to left; single window at 1st floor above. Single window at 1st floor to right; gablehead stack above.

Modern 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; cement skews; harled corniced stack to E; extended rubble ridge stack to W; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: internal walls at ground removed; re-fitted internally.

QUAY: Caithness flagstones to quay around house; coped low rubble wall bordering quay to E; rubble slipway to N.
